Requesting EMS for Your Event is Easy! Fill out the detail request form below. You'll need to provide details such as the event name, contact information, location, date, and time, along with specific information such as whether alcohol will be served and an estimate of the number of participants or spectators.

Once you have submitted the form someone from our office will contact you within a week to discuss your event, your EMS needs and how New Bedford EMS is able to support you.

Charges will apply. THE EVENT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED until agreed upon by NB EMS in writing . This form is an application and I understand that I am responsible for payment upon receipt of invoice and that the total cost will include 1/2 hour before, and after time on site for NB EMS personnel to report to duty, obtain, and return vehicle(s) and equipment. I further understand and agree that I may incur additional cost if the event runs longer than scheduled or attendance exceeds estimates stated above. I understand that NBEMS has complete and total discretion to cancel this detail at any time if EMS determines, based upon consideration of safety and security, that such action is in the best interests of the public.
