Requesting EMS for Your Event is Easy! Fill out our simple EMS Detail Form available on our website. You'll need to provide details such as the event name, location, date, and time, along with specific information such as whether alcohol will be served and an estimate of the number of participants or spectators.

Please remember to contact us at 508-991-6390 to discuss your requirements and the applicable charges. Note that confirmation of your EMS detail will be provided in writing by New Bedford EMS once all arrangements are finalized.

Charges will apply. THE EVENT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED until agreed upon by NB EMS in writing . This form is an application and I understand that I am responsible for payment upon receipt of invoice and that the total cost will include 1/2 hour before, and after time on site for NB EMS personnel to report to duty, obtain, and return vehicle(s) and equipment. I further understand and agree that I may incur additional cost if the event runs longer than scheduled or attendance exceeds estimates stated above. I understand that NBEMS has complete and total discretion to cancel this detail at any time if EMS determines, based upon consideration of safety and security, that such action is in the best interests of the public.
